I'm glad you are having a good time. :beerchug:

I can't wait to get to bed, you know I'm all about that danger. Maybe I'll set the temp on my matress to like 40 degrees, that'll probably keep them away! :shhh:

Scorpions are nocturnal hunters feeding at night and hiding during the day. They have two eyes in the center of the head and two to five extra eyes located along the front sides. Scorpions usually wait for their food to come to them and then ambush it. They use their large pincers to hold and crush the prey.

Scorpions are very discreet creatures of the night and would prefer to stay hidden. whoooooooo!!! Stealth.

I actually had one of those bas**ards sting me a year ago when out west. Out getting a sunrise, ready to sit on a boulder and I guess the turd didn't like the arse headed in his/her direction. Stung me just below the right buttock on the thigh. Swelled and burned for two days. Felt like someone shoving a cigarette against my thigh. I hate those turds and will kill them on sight...no mercy.
Lucky, there is only one deadly scorpion in the USA; the Bark Scorpion. The bad thing is they are now being discovered in Kane County Utah. Two were discovered at Hole in the Wall, so for those in Moab, watch out, the bad ones from AZ and NM are moving north.:D

"Only one U.S. species is considered to possess a life threatening sting. Centruroides exilicauda Wood (also known as C. sculpturatus), is found abundantly in Southern Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Southern California. Two specimens have been collected from Hole-in-the-Rock in Kane County, Utah. This more poisonous species is commonly called the sculptured or bark scorpion because of its association with trees. It can be found hiding under bark on firewood and wooden fence posts around homes. It is comparatively small, yellowish or straw-colored with small, slender pincers. Although the sting of this scorpion can be deadly, stings by most other species of scorpions are not particularly serious and usually result only in localized pain, with some swelling and tenderness."

I'm semi-ok, still a bit groggy from that horse tranquilizer I took to get to sleep. ;) :D Haven't noticed any bites/stings/diseases yet, have to do a full body search later on today.

I haven't noticed any bugs coming to get me while in bed yet, they must not like me. What's wrong with me? :crying: :crying:

Dei,
If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. In China these things are a delicacy and are to be eaten ALIVE.

Let's see some real pics of bed bugs, since they are spreading throughout US hotels carried in by international travelers. Real problem according to articles in the paper.
