no fraud?? just this morning I got an email from somebody who was almost scammed. I had a mxz 800 listed on ebay, and took it off, well this guy emailed me that he was interested in the second chance, well i never sent out a second chance, so i called him, and sure enough somebody was trying to rip him for a couple g's. Scams piss me off, why don't these lazy mother fukers get a damn job and support them damn selves.

Hello,

I appreciate your interest in my 2004 HUMMER H2. It is still available at ebay.
The price of $30000 includes the shipping/handling fees to your location, I assume you are in the States... Of course, you will inspect the car before paying for it.
The transaction will go through eBay for our own protection.
They will hold and insure your money until receipt of the car in good conditon.
You will have 15 days from the time you receive the car to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not.
I must tell you first that the problem faced until now with the selling of
the car is that I've settled in Poland and the car is here with me.
Still, the vehicle is registered in the States and has a clear title (in
my hand). The car is in showroom condition inside and out. There are no dimples, dents depressions, scrapes, nor scratches anywhere. The paint is in fantastic condition as is the trim grill, bumpers, glass etc. The wheels are in "as new" condition with no abrasions and the tires are in excellent condition. The interior of this vehicle has no rips, tears, burns, stains, nor worn spots on the seats, carpet, door panels, nor anywhere else, smoke free. The car drives and looks brand new and has an accident free history.
If you wish to purchase it please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through Ebay.
Please forward any questions about the car or the transaction and I'll reply in a timely fashion. I hope you'll email back and this is the car you want.

Hey he moved your truck to Poland:jump:

Hi again,
The car is currently in Polland but there should be no problem if it is abroad. I'm willing to cover the shipping fees due to my location and you will not pay extra for it. I prefer to use DAS Auto Shippers for shipping because I was pleased with their services. I've used them to bring the car to Polland and it has arrived in 8 days with no scratch, it was professionally crated. The title, all the paperwork needed to register the car under your name in US including a notarized bill of sale and an odometer check statement will come. The warranty will also be transfered to your name.
I will not ask for money from you because you haven't seen / test driven the car yet. Here is how we can do this. My suggestion is eBay.com for the transaction. The financial part will be managed by them. The only thing I request from you is to make the payment to eBay($30000) but no money will reach my account until the car is inspected. No offense, but I need to be sure the person who receives the car is verified by a legitimate party.

Look how this works:
1. I will contact eBay.com and give all the info about this deal.
2. They will send us the forms by email - for you about the payment.
3. I will send the car to your location and you will send the money at eBay.
4. After you will inspect the car and decide to keep it, eBay will forward this money.
If by any reason the car is not as described, or if you find any problems with it I will pay for the returning fees. I'm sure it won't be the case because it's a state of art looking and working vehicle.
I apologize if it seems like I'm pushing on this deal but I really want to be sure everything is clarified before any further steps. Please, let me know if some of the terms does not feet you or if you have other queries. Feedback is appreciated.

If you wish to purchase it please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through eBay.

Best Regards.
Genaro

The latest response. The next response I will start adding in some humor.

You never answered when I can see it in person. What is a good time for me to come see it? If I like it when I come there, I will buy it cash, and ship it through my own carrier. Seems like a good deal for it, even with all of the chrome.

Genaro,

That might actually work out good. I am flying to Germany next week and could fly to Poland before heading back to the US. Would it be possible to meet so I can see it in person?

Thanks.

It was meant for Humster. It seems he deleted his post. He started some **** on another thread and I put down the challenge, a Hummer against his pos heep! Said he would be out playing in Moab. That's where I am now. I guess he picked up his panties and ran like hell to get away.
