But damn, KenP has some goooood butt. Nice and tender and that sauce was really good. Sweet and spicy. Just the way I like it. CP did not eat much butt, she was not feeling good. But once we told her how good it was she did try it. Dennis maybe next time we will eat butt before you leave. :giggling:

48 hours in marinade = GREAT BUTT :beerchug:Last minute decision. Almost went with a dry rub, but went wet. Put it on tinfoil on the grill at about 300* and kept basting it with BBQ sauce.

I totally screwed it up, but it came out ok. Next time I'm going to marinade/bast with a vinegar based sauce. Ummmmmm!!!!:dancingbanana:
