Do you like them? $$I did not buy these without having tried IAS before. I had them on my 1985 Suburban and they were fantastic. I lifted the Burb and there is no fitment for it now in IAS.
I was the first to buy the IAS for the H3 from 4 Wheel Parts (in the country).
$76 ea. My problem with the factory shocks was the H3 is easy to unsettled at speed on asphalt. The freeways in So. CA get the H3 into a rocking horse dance also.
So far i've only changed the rears and I can feel the difference already. Of course the difference should be more pronounced with the fronts (engine weight). I'll be changing the fronts this weekend and report back afterwards.
I'll probably be changing tires to BFG T/A KO as well, again from past and present experience. I ran Miller Jeep Trail with Bridgestones and I could tell the BFGs would have had better grip. The BFGs claw so you can take it nice and easy; the Bridgestones needed to do the torque converter bit before hooking up, so then you've jumped. Not, thanks.

I finished installing the IAS shocks. They function as I expected. At high speed still, quick manoeuvers can get the H3 a little upset. I suspect that thats the nature of the torsion springs wind and unwind. You'll notice race cars use coil springs almost exclusively, not torsion springs.
Otherwise, the ride and response is more civilized. The overall difference is I'd say on the order of the last 5% of an asymptotic curve. PM if you have more questions.
