Anyone done this? Thinking black leather would be nice. Photos and instructions would be greatly appreciated :)

I pay someone to do it whenever we do a headliner. So I guess the intructions would be:

1) Call a restyling company (aftermarket sunroof, leather, stuff like that)
2) Pick out color (black does look nice)
3) Get them to come pick it up

And you're done.

Take it you've never been to Sweden? The closest thing to a restyler we have around my neck of the woods would be the local car-audio store run by some teenage Volvo loving gangster wannabe :crying: The first (and last) time I was there (enquiring about some woofers) the members of staff just had to come out and have a look at my truck. Which is all good obviously, but I'd have liked to be served rather than them being too busy peeking through the windows and taking pictures with their cameraphones.

Hence, reupholstering the headliner is something I've chosen to do myself, but before I rip it out and start I'd love some heads-up on problem areas I may run into :)

Dragon does many customs jobs on all types of vehicles. Uhpolstery and headliner is done by a professional. We have removed the headliner on My h2 and You will need 3 pairs of hands for when you take it down it has enough weight and long enough that in the weak points it will fold up on you. Mine did not because when one of Dragons guys started they realized real quick one person was not enough. The job was bad enough not impossble. Hope We do not have to again but, being a custom shop We will if it comes in.
