TGL- I moved. Other guy- No they aren't handles...see i purchased handles a long time ago, installed them and realised how useless pointless the handles were. So, instead i took them off and installed two rocket transmitters. They work well, and atleast they serve a purpose. They also work as a nice shoulder massage here and there.
