In Germany (and other European countries) we are required by law to carry the safety/warning triangles and a first aid kit.

What's in your compartment?

I heard of somone mounting an air compressor it there, don't know who and never saw any pics, but I like the idea.

I dont know if theres enough room for a compresser in there, unless its a small cheapo one.
Just mount your compressor under the hood above fuse box.Use search for the install.

Fourfourto. where did you get that compressor? I have Airhorns on my 3, and I have been using that also as my compressor.

Its a MASTERFLOW MF-1050 you can get it at pep boys or on ebay.
The compressor works great and I hooked up a fitting for hose on the frame, JP did the same install (his idea:shhh: )

I installed a inexpensive airhorn that has a small compressor I mounted behind the headlight.use search for install.

I have the trim covers off my back cargo door. I was thinking since they are already off, I am wondering should I stick some Dynamat (http://www.dynamat.com/products_automotive_introduction.html)in there. Has anyone Dynamat'ted back there?

Full Oil Change, Oil Filter, Jumper Cables, and Leather Gloves. Need to take jack out for more room since I have Hi-Lift on rack and rock rails to lift off.

Hey guy, where are you located in Wiesbaden? I spent 15 years in Germany, 3 of which were in Wiesbaden (1982-85). This was a result of three tours over there in the USAF. My wife is A German National from Trier. We were married in '68. Just wanted to drop you a quick line to touch base with a fellow Hummer enthusiast who lives in Germany. Drop me a note at CorvetteOJ@AOL.COM. Take care and drink a beer for me!

My apologies to the Forum, I thought my previous post was going directly to "Mountainbiker." It's obvious I didn't do something right!
