depends on where you live. I send an inquiry online and offer them whatever i feel like offering. They will contact you if they want to sell it. Saves time at the stealership

Thanks for the reply.. I was looking at a dealer in Texas, which has been great to deal with so far and One in Montana.. I?m a Kanadian, it?s a bit of a battle getting them to sell, to one of us ( hell I even like Dubya :\ ) I think I?m going to factory order one and have a bud from Colorado put it in his name for me.. The U.S market gets great interest rates and incentives,, there?s none of that up here, just getting screwed on over inflated prices...
