Is there a way to tighten the cross bars?

The front cross bar is nice and tight but the rear one wiggles around a bit. Is there any way to tighten them?

Make sure it is in one of the indentations. Loosen it and slide it back or forward and you will feel where it snaps into place. Then tighten.

I did that... that little lever just doesn't tighten it enough.:crying:

sounds like warranty...grab some new bars @ your dealer. :)

Mine was a little loose after having a yakima gear basket on it. If you take off the locking cover there is a hex bolt you can tighten to stop the wiggling.
