Hmmmmm.... perhaps the one Flavor Flav' used to wear around all of the time?

:jump:

Seriously though, you could buy the Hummer watch that is in the neat little gear catalogue they give you when you buy a Hummer. It is only $1500.00:eek:

WTF???????

In what reality does a watch have to do with one's vehicle purchase? If you need a watch, go buy a watch, WTF does buying a H3 have to do with it?

C"mon now I am just looking for a wristwatch that will compliment the H3. A little bling but it also has to be durable enough to get into the mud and grime when off roading but retaing enough bling as to keep up with the H3.

So in my book this is relevant to the H3 forum because the vast majority of H3 owners also wear/own wristwatches.

Nobody wants to have a watch that's gonna die the first time you get a little mud/water/snow on it.. or dies from a few bumps and scrapes that goes along with full utilization of the H3

I am considering the Omega X33

In my personal opinion the H2 is just too big for daily city driving. Try parking an H2 here in Boston, no thanks. Besides why buy a go anywhere vehicle and then when it snows/ rains you gotta park that beast in the back of the lot cause it won't fit into a regular space and then you gotta walk the entire length of the lot in the snow/rain. Again, no thanks.

PS: I am sure there are pleny of H3 owners that also have high end watches.

Well, here's one idea. As you see in the first photo, Flav is sporting one of his dress watches. While a very attractive and accurate timepiece, it is much too fragile to wear while off-roading. In fact, Flav almost died shortly after this photo was taken. As his limo bobbed through some of NYC's best potholes, he was nearly beaten to death as the mammoth clock repeatedly pummelled his torso. He cried out, and his driver, pictured in the photo, slammed on the brakes, saving the Flav by the skin of his gold teeth. In the end, he only suffered minor blunt trauma to his chest and abdomen.

33051

In the second photo, Flav is wearing one of his G-Shock type watches.

33052

This one is much better suited for casual and off-road use. I think it may be right up your alley. While still attractive, this model is wrapped in thick, shock-absorbing rubber which will protect your vital organs and gold teethses from injury should it fly about and strike you. And remember, on this forum, you'll mostly find that too much bling is out. So leave your gold chainses and ringses in your crib homey, and be safe while wheelin in da 'hood. :D

EXACTLY!!!! The cheapest nice watch I own is a Baume & Mercier I think I paid $1200 for and you definately won't see it out in the mud. About 5 years ago, I purchased a Timex Outdoor watch while in Northern CA for $35. I use it for backpacking, camping and offroading.:dancingbanana:

I could buy 3 Alphas if I chose to do so, but purchased the H3 as a toy. I originally thought the H3 was for H2 owner wannabees until a friend of mine that has a sweet H2 bought a H3 and loved it. His H2 sits in the garage 28 out of every 30 days. For some of us, the H3 was not a cheaper way to own a Hummer, but a preference.:dancingbanana:

Save the bling for the office. I like the Time Tank from Oakley personally. Its Ti, so its durable and I can't think of a better compliment to a Hummer. Or you can wear something from Specialopswatch.com as I do at times.

The spec ops blackhawk..

I have a Luminox F-117 Nighthawk edition. Have had it 2 years now and love it. Yes they are durable as hell and had a lower line while in the Corps which I beat the crap out of and nothing went wrong but scratches. They issue these to some SF units. Not Standard Issue to the SEALs though. They just test them. They have all kinds of styles.

Why would you spend thousands of dollars on a watch for a Im rich statement or to look pretty. If you need a couple thousand dollar watch to make statements or try to fit in thats lame as hell. IMO :lame:

Consider a trip to China to pickup a few knockoff pimpin watches, that way you can have a different watch for each day of the week (or month). They go for $10-20 there. See the sights while you are there too.
