As I have whined about on here for over 9 months now, my roof rails were cracked and they were more then willing to work on any thing I complained about. Just seems they never fixed anything. They came and picked it up and took it to the deal at least 3 times in Aug and sept. Last time it happened they were to replace the roof rails and the recalled jack. After they kept it for two days (they provided me a GMC Envoy) they returned it , 1/2 a tank of gas less and nothing done except rotating my tires but not including my spare. I happened to get a satisification survey the next day as I was bitchin (wrong parts, service guy sick.. all kind of reasons nothing got fixed) and i told them I was holding the survey and I was writing everything they just tried to justify on it and sending it in. The dealer picked it up the next day and two days later all was better. That survey means allot to them....

You are so right. That customer satisfaction survey means the world to them. Using it to your advantage is good leverage!:iagree: :fdance:

why doesnt my dealer care?:( i have threatened, blackmailed and assulted them and no gain. Well not the last two, just threatened them with the survey.:)
Trust me- if I wouldn't go to jail for blowing my dealership up- they'd already be gone. My salesman and the front desk guy were the best however everyone else is terrible.

I've casually mentioned the survey a few times .. peppering my conversation with, "I like filling out surveys .. can't wait to send back the GM Survey once all is completed!". At the end, when the dealer said these issues were normal for H3's, he said, "You have to do what you have to do". So, it seems that it means more to some than others. However, f5fstop is always right on ... it SHOULD make the difference for the dealer when a survey is sent in. :D
