I AM & DID, WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME IT WAS GOING TO BE THIS BAD?
Damn youse Thanksgiving! Worst holiday ever.
A harddrive in one of my business computers died Wed night. Best Buy was closed, then closed again on Thursday, and might as well be closed today because I can't get in. I just want a damn harddrive!!
I got to Best Buy at 4:58am, hoping there would be just a small crowd but I would be able to get in and get out since I only needed one thing. Nope! There is a line, about 5 people deep and a half mile long that I can see from the street. Then I turn into Best Buy and there is a sign saying "Parking Spaces, $20", up a little more is a guy saying, No More Parking Spaces...turn around. Bastages!!

As long as it isnt holiday shopping, I hope. We're going to replace the kitchen appliances today.
No shopping today! You couldn't drag me into those crowds. I was supposed to go check out the snow with another forum web-wheeler, but SHE hasn't called yet.:D
Adam, good luck with the appliances, don't get a Viking!

You couldn't drag me anywhere close to a mall today. I'm staying inside until Monday. I hate people.

I'm glad my customers weren't as down on shopping today as most of you seem to be.:D Granted, the rush tended to come when I was really wanting to watch the UT football game, therefore I had to settle for listening to most it!

I couldn't decide between going shopping and taking a hot poker to the testicles. So I decided to drink beer instead.

I wouldn't get out and deal with the crowds either. When asked if I went to any of the sales before coming in to work this morning, my response was, "Are you kidding? I don't get up early just to wait in line to spend money!"

BTW Mrs. How'd it go?

BTW Mrs. How'd it go?Went really good, my cousin is in from Kansas City and she wanted to go shopping. She is 19 years old and was looking for a few things for her friends for Christmas. She has been wanting some Ugg boots, they are normally $170 and she got them for $90. I think that was worth getting up early. And I found the Password Journal that "A" is asking Santa for, so I think we did great.
