How many of you receive an email from Onstar regarding maintenance on your vehicle? I signed up just recently and it just freaks me out how they know all this information about my car. Its like big brother :twak: they are watching me everywhere.

You CAN get OnStar while you're driving .. press the blue OnStar button, tell them you'd like them to do a diagnostic because (insert a reason here, ie: you heard a sound from the engine, brake, rear, whatever). They'll tell you to hold 30 seconds while they check .. then they'll come back to you over the speaker in the H3 and tell you all is fine, etc.
Icyelle, I've had the Online Diagnostic since they first offered it and I love it.:D

I've used onstar a few times... But it would be nice to have the info for later reference.

I HAD it, then they stopped one month, then continued for one month, then stopped and all I got from them was excuses. So, I cancelled Onstar...

I bought my H3 one month ago and have received two diagnostic reports already.

I like it. But like f5fstop, mine had issues a while back. I had to give them an alternative email and it started working again. Whatever.

I emailed them three time, talked to them three times and then gave them an ultimatum, that they did not make; so I told 'em to cancel. Which reminds me, as of yesterday, they had not credited my account.

I get mine just fine, always between the 16-18 of each month.
