More EDR Controversy

I know this has been discussed before, but I see CNN is running a media clip on their website tonight regarding the EDRs. I was neutral on the issue until they determined that the EDRs are not infallible, as confirmed by CNN's report in which an auto industry attorney stated as much. Also, several Auto CSI teams have disagreed with the results reported by the EDRs in serious accidents.

If EDRs have not been confirmed as absolutely error free, I want mine removed. Is this possible?
