So we have this little thing at the Ag and Forestry Museum put on for/by the state convicts. It's a Christmas thing and they have a little train running around on rubber wheels that you can ride, Merry-go-round, apple cider, face-painting, huge model train display, little Christmas city all set in this area that's been built to replicate how times were in the 1800s.

Apparently the pigs were huge, and they snored. You can see the lips just after the big SOB got through rattle off one.

Did you know it's law that all hams branded as "Smithfield" must pass through that town and be processed there? Very cool.

My favorite is the salt cured... but I get in trouble if I'm caught eating it.:(
