Ran across this (http://www.t-shirthumor.com/Merchant2/products/hmmr.html?Category_Code=tops) while looking for an xmas present! I think I'm gonna get a t-shirt, although I really like the mug and poster. Too funny!! ;)

Funny but not really

That shirt really reinforces peoples negative attitude to Hummers and Hummer owners.

No wonder why some Hummers get keyed and have had tires slashed by the tree hugger types.

Personally I believe you can respect the planet, own a 4x4, go off roading and have a good time.

Good deeds like Hummer owners pulling peoples cars out the snow, mud and sand can help improve the image/stereotype of Hummer owners.

To each his own?

How about pulling up in the H3 leading a caravan of rigs full of toys and money for the local Christmas project for those less fortunate? Yep, been there. (http://www.creeperjeepers.org/ChristmasParty2006.html) So believe me, I am full aware about positively promoting our image. But, I don't think I'd pull up to a Sierra Club rally wearing it. Just find it's ignorace amusing.

I'm sure to some of you it would be like wearing a "Screw the Japanese" t-shirt during the WWII era of internment camps. But, I find it humorous in that I know the truth about what kind of gas milage my 3 gets as compared to the rest of the vehicles sold today. I know that a picture of my 3/4 ton 4x4 Dodge truck would be more appropriate on that shirt for me. Oh well.
