Was going to wait until I got the nav installed to put these on, but I'm still having issues with the nav interface and I'm too impatient.

So where did you get them.....?
I was thinking about taking mine out and getting them painted green like I did my grill. What do you think?

Ordered them from Stuart at oemdash.com (he's active on the boards here, you should be able to find other examples of his work). The coating seems to be pretty tough and it is very uniform. It does build up the parts a bit, so installing the radio surround takes a bit more force.

A color matched green would probably look pretty good. I think I just got lucky that the blue matched my truck so well (but I did see the blue on his website first). If he has a green that matches this might be a better solution than painting. Another option I considered was his "piano black" coating, it really looks good, but I probably would have wanted to have a lot more stuff done.
I just sent my cores back today, so he should have fresh parts ready for coating in a few days....

The more I look at it I think I want to paint mine green. I have enough paint left over from getting my grill painted. I'm going to do the stereo surround and the around the vents in the center and the ends of the dash. I'm also thinking about doing the gauge cluster surround. Basically changing all the brushed aluminum to green.
