Anyone have to get the body mounts replaced?

I had a wobbling/grinding noise up front while turning and giving it gas. The dealer said it was the body mounts. So, they replced them and all is good. They said they were squished out. I didnt see them, but took thier word on it. The H3 has been through some rough off road driving, but I didn't think it was something that would damage the truck. They said this is a common occurance with the H2s. Anyone know anything about this?

I believe Bebe had at least one replaced and I'm pretty sure I need to get mine looked at. Just been too lazy to take it in.

Funny that I ran accross this post. My H3 is currently in the shop as I type this. Been there 2 days now. They had to order parts (driver and passenger mounts), and I'll hopefully have it back tomorrow. I noticed the noise last week and took it in right after Christmas.

What Bebe had was the Front Axle mount(s) (circled), which is only replaceable with the cover (at this time...it will probably change as GM replaces more of them:clapping: )

The Body mounts (six on each side) run along the side of the vehicle.
