stock height without torsion turns

Can someone who hasnt turned their torsion bars at all mesure the height they are at please. Can you take the wheel cap off and measure from center of wheel to begining of fender edge? Else im gonna have to drive to a dealer.

mine is about 21 3/4 from center of axel straight up to the bottom most part of the fender.
