I purchased the rims a year ago.....They are Vandalos, an italian rim. The distributer claims mine were the first set fo 22s to hit the states(not sure I believe that hype)....I like the black mixed with a touch of chrome. If you look in the pic with the stock rims, you will notise the insets of the stock rims are powdercoated, and the polished edges stayed raw.

oh yea and i like the skid plate, how did u paint it black. Did u just tape the h2 and spray paint the outer part, or u did it more proffesionaly.? would it work with black spray paint for metal surfaces?

I went to an auto store and purchased cans and taped it off and sprayed black and grey.

The paint was made by Dupli.color - here's a link:
http://www.duplicolor.com/products/metallic.html

It's a thick rubbery paint.
I had chromed it the first time. Cost $500 bucks...looked good for 3 months then started peeling. Painted this about 8 months ago. Still like the day I sprayed it. I drove 60 miles a day on the highway. I recommend it!
I applied at least 8 coats, letting it dry between each.
