Is that the positronic nuclear power plant they are putting into the prius's now? I heard that instead of using uranium, they are using a new type of fuel....its a cross between a hampster and a groundhog.

I think it's most definately a V8 that's been shoe-horned into the H3 engine bay. What a tight fit!!!

Its an engine.

Whats the prize?

Looking to the left of the alternator, the hoses/tubes look like they lead into a fuel injection chamber similar to a mid to late 60's vette engine (V-8)

BUT

thats just my view

It's the Diesel engine toyota designed for the Scion XB. Great find DRTY! It won't be available until late 2008.

My assumption and educated guess is that it is something that would be either found or located within a car.!!!

That's the V-8 for the Colorado. You'll get it 4 years later.:giggling:

I've read the 5.3 with GM's desired 6 speed auto won't fit the current platform so GM is modifying the GMT-355. No word on this modified platform getting a new moniker, but it could be used under the H4, too.

GM could install the new 6L70E trans on the H3 and make it front wheel drive. That should fit.:jump:
