Wow, there's more offroading in that Corvair film than most Hummer commercials. Cool.

We had a Corvair when I was a kid, and I have been looking to buy one in the last year. But never did, now I may have to start looking again.

LOL .. that was good to watch. I learned how to drive when I was 15 in my brother's old Corvair. it was like driving a toy car .. so easy to handle. :)

right! my best friend's father had red corvair monza spyder, i believe with an abarth exhaust system, leather, and i think it was a convertible. but who knew it was an off-road vehicle. the monza was treated like a rolls royce. great video! i think a monza in mint condition went for $30k at the recent jackson-barrett auction.

And I thought it was fun getting a ride as a kid in a Ford Falcon convertible (white/tan, six cylinder, 3 speed on the floor)...

My best friend in High School had a 62 with a hotter cam and headers, it blew fan belts like crazy, so we spent more time pushing it than driving it.
I'd love to have it now though!

Too bad Hummer couldn't release a real practical application video like that for any of the line.
That would be a real great kiosk setup in a Hummer dealership to captivate the folks walking through the showroom.
