Windshield Wipper Fluid Freezing

Is this happening to anyone else? My windshield wipper fluid hasn't been coming out since it has gotten colder. I made sure there wasn't any ice blocking the opening so I am assuming is has frozen inside the tubes.

Dont use the blue stuff it sucks.
I have been using mr clean de icer(green)couple bucks more but worth it.:D
Rain ex de icer also works well but the orange color stains the washer tank around the blades.
The prestone de icer works well but has a stink to it you smell through the vents.

When buying it make sure its not the summer blend. Usually .99 per gallon it only works in in Al Gores magical world;)
