You tailgate outside of Monster Truck Jam.

Not a joke. They were there and so were we. Well, after lunch at the pub across the street.

It was loud huh? You can definitely feel it inside your chest (or Cornea).:D

The GraveDigger is from around here. Did they have the little dirtbikes before hand? I bet AJ loved it.

Go Grave Digger!!!!! They usually wreck the truck every show but that is because they go all out.

There were no wrecks at all. Major disappointment, actually. The arena is pretty small. They only had the room of the hockey rink with 6 trucks on it. Grave Digger did win the freestyle but only as the fan favorite. The Bounty Hunter defintely out performed him. It was kind of interesting. Had never seen anything like that before.

I hate the arena crap they do nowadays. I miss the drag style racing where the course was a couple hundred feet long and there were a couple lengths of cars for the trucks to run or jump over. They used to get some massive air during those as well as have some great wrecks The arenas clamp down on the true abilities of the trucks.

They sure do.

I had always seen them at an arena until 3 years or so ago on the Ocean front. It was cool to see them in the sand and jump after a longer run. And also not as loud or smokey. They had a lot more trucks on display- lifted "Firetrucks" and other stuff lined up along the boardwalk- that was pretty cool.

Nothing like a night of exhaust and loud rednecks and beer to get you all fired up. Being in radio I have been to more then I can remember. i meet the driver of bigfoot who did the jump acosss a 737 and he was as good ole boy as they come.
