I'm disappointed. The rotors were still intact.

Helis are hard to fly. I was always crashing ours. Anyone want one?

Maybe I should just get a plane:

Yeap, helicopter must be the hardest to learn in the R/C world, a search on youtube you will find tons of amazing moves people can do with them! Meanwhile, I can't even hover one:p

If I even get back into R/C, I want one of these though:

This is way cooler than an airplane. I bought a Raptor 90 Se for about $2200 and I have about that much in replacement parts on it. It's like riding a bike once you get the hang of it.

The catch to flying any R/C heli is in the set-up, once they're dialed in they are much easier to fly. Begineers often don't set theirs up correctly and then struggle with controls that don't respond as designed.

I smashed my old Concept 30 shooting an auto a few years back and never rebuilt it but this past Christmas we picked up a pair of those micro indoor helis and I'm getting the bug again. :)

Mine's an indoor copter. It just wants to go in one direction and I can't stop it. Maybe I'll pull the good ole' instructions and take another look at it.

Check the trim on the transmitter. The heli is going to have the natural tendency to go left on takeoff. You have to give it a little right stick to compensate for the main rotors! Buy a good simulator! That was the biggest help for me. Once you buy a couple sets of carbon fiber main rotors at $90 a pair you'll figure something out quick!
