Did a search and dont find alot of photos of H 2 with tall and short gobis. And dont see it in the search where owners are saying which one they like and why.So where can I find the photos and WHY they like the tall one over the short one on thier H 2 ?

If garage clearance is no problem then I agree with Adam. I have the tall rack with the short brackets and I like this look.

I just ordered this one :

with ladder and back up lights to put on my truck. I just needed something cool to put my spare tire on and I tought that GOBI looked the best.

The taller rack offers a little more utility. the stealth rack is much more quiet. Since I drive with my sunroof open a lot, that's I've used the stealth rack on the last 6 HUMMERS. You can still have atire mount added and can thorw it up there for your longer trips. Otherwise, if you like to park in the garage and have a standard height garage opening, the stealth is the way to go also.

If you do decide to go with teh taller Rack, order the short brackets like Adam did. It looks great and keeps the rack lower to the truck.

Well, where I live (Belgium, Europe) it's impossible to park a Hummer in any garage anyway. With or without roofrack... :jump: :beerchug:

Stealth rack = park in garage
Full size rack = park outside

Timco why do you not run your spare on top ? do you run it on the back ? in the pics you showed it looks like its on the back. where do you run it and why not on top of the rack ?i am thinking about getting a h2 and still thinking on the back or on top of a gobi. which is the best place ?
