A radio report is the latest piece of very, very bad news for Michael Vick, the Atlanta Falcons and the NFL. Fox Sports Radio's Chris Landry reported yesterday that Vick's involvement in dog fighting "was common knowledge on the Falcons."

According to federal papers, filed late Tuesday afternoon in a Richmond federal court, agents have indicted Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick in a dog-fighting investigation.
There are 3 federal charges mentioned in the court documents. They are include participating in dog-fighting activities. Three other men, along with Vick are mentioned as defendants in the paperwork.

Minimum 120 days to court, expected delays shouldn't push trial beyond one year from next week's arraignment.

Goodell appears willing to wait until the trial is over before taking action against him.

I wonder if the Falcons will do anything before trial.
