Hi Folks, looking for some assistance with regards to a useful email contact within GM - parts in particular

More info on this thread http://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26916

Latest is that the part MAY be shipped from the USA at the end of next week - which means my dealer will not have it until around 7 days AFTER it is shipped from the States' :crying:

Basically, I want to try and hurry up the process of getting my truck back on the road - 4 weeks plus is WAY too excessive to wait for a front diff  (a part that is obviously a known weak point!!)

Any email contacts etc would be most appreciated via PM.

Thanks in advance folks!

JFF

You figure out the details and get the parts where I can pick them up at my local dealer in Memphis, TN and get them into the fastest shipping means that FedEx has to the... Well wherever it is you are...

However, I don't think you'll beat the 7 days by more than 2 or 3 days and will pay out the butt for shipping..

When my front diff crapped out it took just over a month to fix:( because we wrer waiting on parts, I'm not sure what the deal is on those parts but I was on the verge of trying to get them to pull parts off a truck on the lot, sucks to make payments on something you cant use, good luck.

Thanks Crash... I'm in Bahrain... work for the "other" integrator - DHL :beerchug: in the Aviation side of things... could do it in around 5 days to the dealer, but that isn't much help - what nags me is, do they really expect me to believe there is not one single H3 in stock in the Middle East they can whip a part off of!?

Fact is a known weak part and "apparently" GM didn't have them in stock!!
