Does anyone know where I can get just the roof mount. I am a police officer and I would like to mount my red and blue in one. Scratched , bent or whatever is OK. I am good with a spray-can and I can match my slate blue. H3.
Any wrecking yards in the Dallas area have H3's? I know - they don't get wrecked much. Just the other guys go off road when an H3 comes by.:clapping:
I can't answer your question; but out of curiosity, who are you planning to chase down in an H3? I can barely keep up with a 4 cylinder civic w/ my 3.5L.

H3's without the flowmaster exhaust and cold-air set ups :D

not everyone that gets the lights to pull over speeds away, most stop, so no chase is needed. and i dont know how you drive but i have no problem at all chasing down a civic.

I agree, and no car made today, is faster than a radio...

Civic hybrids are even slower than an H3.

No chasing cars in my H3. I end up working a lot of wrecks when I am off duty. Caution lights just do not cut it. I want to make sure I have everyones attention when I am out there directing traffic and keeping cars out of the way for the paramedics.

Respect...
When you get them installed, let us see it. Also, have you looked at getting those stroboscopic lamps that flash in the headlamps and the break lights?

I got the Go-Lights like the guys in Colorado, they are great. GM parts direct has moved but has the OEM style light mount but sounds like you should go for a real cross bar by Wheelin or one like it so you can be seen coming and going. If not the in light strobe packs work great. I use them on my Boat Haulin truck, white in the amber park light and brake light but use a double amber strobe on the cab top.
