Im putting a bag style roof cargo container on the roof (for camping gear)and had to move my hooks to the middle .
I would also like to have some clips at the ends(for home depot runs) and its a pain to move them.(you have to slide out the crossbows)
I will need 4 more ,I have the part # 17801708 (set of 2)
I didnt want to spend about $20.00 on a set ( I need 2 sets)+ shipping

Did anyone find these at a decent price.

17801708 21.060A
LOOP PKG, LUGG CARR CARGO TIE DN(INSTALL .1)(0.16KGS)(INCLS 4 LOOPS, NUTS, WASHERS)(17.070)

Per the GM electronics parts catalog, the kit package for this part number includes 4 tie downs; not 2.

Stupid question:
Does the washer go on the bottom(thats the way they were when I picked up the H3 and they were shipped)Or does it go in the middle.
I think they go in the middle ?

I just received them,Im going camping today, outer beach at the campgroung is closed because of nesting shorebirds at this time so only camping no wheelinghttp://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/images/icons/icon9.gif
