Found this page of the european spec H3. I do like the clear corner and marker lamps. I also like the taillights and the rear fog lamps. I definately don't like the Rear Protection Under Run Device. The fender flares and chrome headlights are OK I guess. Make you wonder about getting a hold of H3 euro parts :popcorn:http://www.worldcarfans.com/news.cfm/newsID/2070122.001/country/acf/hummer/hummer-h3-goes-global

Agreed, other than the Rear Protection/Underridder device, most of the differences in the Euro version look good.

What's the deal with those warts/side marker lights? Almost as ugly as FJ lights.

I never saw them "in action" yet.
I assume it is a white parking lamp that is only allowed to shine in driving direction, not to the side, and an amber turn light (separat) that shines to the side. That would be compliant to the german law.

I love the red/yellow euro turn signals. One thing I miss is a bright yellow blinker telling every jackazz behind me I'm turning left and to not pass me...

If they dont see a red flashing light, they wont see a yellow one either...:)
I?d love to have the red turning lights, just to be different here in Germany!
If you?re interested, I can take pics from my conversion to amber rear turning lights!?

I prefer the yellow turn signals also in the back. Turn signals should not be mixed with brake lights, it's safer and more effective to have them separate. I'm surprised to see some Germany cars that have red turn signals her in the US (including some Porsche's and Audi's).

They adapt to the american demands? In Germany none of these cars have red turn lights.
Here is my conversion (its hard to see at daylight...), the turnlights are in the stock-backup-lights. The new backup light is under the bumper:
