What are your plans?

We will be heading to the Eastern Shore for some clams and picnic food on a beautiful waterfront lawn. Hanging out with family.

We bought lots o Crackas in Tennesee when we went there on vacation in the fall. Big Boomers and little explosives that are illegal here- so it should be fun.:D

I'm boiling potatoes for Potato Salad as I type.

I love this Holiday!!!:beerchug:

HAVE A GOOD ONE!

We'll be hanging out at our lake house in Indiana. Hubby will probably do some fishing. I'm hoping to relax and maybe read a book. It's supposed to rain tomorrow. I'm hoping the weatherman is wrong - the fireworks out there are usually pretty awesome.

Happy 4th everyone!!! :beerchug:

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE..

O by the way Dad is doing alot better than I thought, I fianally got him to get into a wheelchair. That was huge, he has this hang up about those. I think he thinks it makes him less a Man. Nonsense, not in my eyes, he is my Hero and the man that had to put up with my crazy arse. :D So thanks everyone for all your thoughts and prayers, thank you thank you!

Going to watch 4 sets of fireworks from Camp Smith, HI. You get to see the fireworks from Ewa Beach, Pearl Harbor, Hickam AFB and Ala Moana. It has a great view of Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial. Here are a couple of shots from work.

It's still raining here. :( It started raining June 12. It hasn't stopped since.

Our HOA put on a show last Saturday, so we got to see some fireworks then (after the downpour, of course). One of hubby's bosses is having a get-together at his house. 90% chance of rain tho....we'll head out for food and leave early. It's a 2 hour drive from us and we'll try to be back home around 9 - we can see both New Braunfels and Canyon Lake from our back deck, so if it's not raining (ha ha) we'll have a good shot of fireworks.
