I have hidden the ant. wire from the front to the back.

Now I want to use the back 12V jack to power the receiver. The cord that came with the radio is not long enough so i cut it and spliced wire in between to lengthen it.....NO power now. No idea why

I have searched the web for a 20 foot cable to no avail. Is there an easy way(one where I dont have to pull anything out to get the power.

Any/all suggestions would be great

Thanks
Jared

Maybe you blew the fuse or crossed the wires, also the 12 volt plugs are powered all the time you might want to go with something that powered off the key .

Use the rear windshield switch wire... just splice in to it.

Try it in the front jack. Or test splice/wire for continuity with ohm meter.:)

Front two jacks always have power going to them.

I got it figured out.

I spliced in a different plug and it now works

Thanks
