Last year, our local new station ran a story on Hummer Haters. Each member of the news crew rented a Hummer(H2, H3) and drove around the Twin Cities (Mpls/St. Paul MN). They were flipped off, keyed, and all kinds of other shyt.
All that still didn't scare me from buying my H3. It's still fairly new as I drove it off the floor in May 07. In June, I took it on vacation, going from Minnesota, to Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philly, etc. We went to 12 major cites without a hitch. Perfect trip.
The very next day, we attend Church, and It's KEYED while in CHURCH!
I hope the lord pray for his/her soul.
Luckily it wasn't major damaged and I repaired it myself, but still....WTF.
Last night around 10 pm, I washed the H3 and had it looking sweet! I decided to let it breathe and keep it on the driveway.
Big Mistake.
This morning, I noticed someone pelted about 6 eggs on it. I got it off fine, but now I'm in stakeout mode. I live in a very quiet hood, where after 9 pm, you can hear a gnat fart.
WHEN I catch the little bastid, it's going to be a misunderstanding.
Look for me on CNN, for the wrong reason.

Do something terrible to whoever decides to mess with it next. Like kidnap them and lock them in your basement for 6 years. Once word of that gets out, I think people will think twice and Hummer related crimes will plummet. Thanks for taking one for the team. :beerchug:

I get some hate here, but mostly as dirty looks or people cutting me off. But I get compliments too so it evens out.
But whatever people think, I still love my truck :perfect10s::perfect10s::perfect10s:

Had a laugh yesterday. Was driving home and this lifted Jeep passed me. A little kid probably around 8 or 9 leaned out the passenger side and flipped me off yelling at me that HUMMERS SUCK! His dad was laughing and patting him on the back. I hit my horn and scared the crap out of both him and his dad. I just installed a sweet Air Horn set about a week ago. Priceless!:fdance:

At the air station leaving I notice he was waiting way back when there was a available hose,I took my time, cleaned out the trash, gave the dog a walk then left and he was still 200 feet back just waiting.

As an H2 owner for a number of years, I've had several dirty looks, a couple of flip-offs, and a snide remark at a gas station, but that's about it. Texas is not too bad as far as Hummer haters.
But for the life of me I can't figure out why people hate the H3. It's not as big or hard on gas as the H2. It's cool looking (like its bigger brother) and big time off-road capable. It's also easier on gas than every pick-up, Suburban, or big SUV on the road. Give me a friggin' break!
If you catch the little turd, smack him once for me. :twak:

He who hates gets hated on.....U should forgive all Hummer haters....Ask them why they hate us...They hate us because we are sensitive outdoors types...
Yes Lord forgive them Hummer Haters "They know not what they do"
But if by chance I catch one. Hang em HIGH!:twak:
