Yes, it is still available, and I can give you one if you have already cleared it with the dealer that they will accept a GMID.
Just send me a PM with your email address, date of birth, and last four of your social security number. If the system is up and running today, I can get you a number today, if not, tomorrow when I get to the office I can get one for you. (System is some times shut down on Sunday for upgrades, and whatever computer people do to the system to keep it running http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif.)

System was up, so I obtained the number today. Your wife should have the number from the GM site, and I also copied the certificate into a word document and sent it, just in case the EDS run GM site is not working correctly. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
