question on GM accessories

I was looking at the (new to me) web area for each dealership for GM accessories and my dealers cost (not installed) are higher than the installed prices at other dealers. :twak:
I asked my dealership if there cost was higher from GM to them, my sales guy said he didn't know. What's up with that? Seems that all costs to dealers should be the same or close to allow for fair competition, anyone know the real scoop?
I don't think he likes me anymore since I told him that I have a "friend's certificate":giggling:

each department is has a target to meet and how they get there is up to the parts manager.....if it comes from GM we all pay the same.....
