H2 007

Hello all, just picked up a new '08 H2 in the Greystone Metallic. The color is outstanding! Only drove it from the dealer home, but here are my first impressions / observations. I know some of this has already been covered, just figured I'd share my thoughts...
- No HID. Can't believe this isn't standard as of yet.
- A/C venting in the rear is nice and blows strong.
- Factory running boards not standard.
- Factory roof racks not standard.
- Rear back up camera in Nav unit is kinda nice.
- Rear license plate holder in rear door does not have provisions for mounting plate. No screws or lights. I usually take the rear tire off so I'll have to figure something out here.
- New wheels are nice and centers match the Greystone Metallic.
- Fit and finish on the interior is nice. Seats are comfortable and everything is laid out nice. Analog clock in the dash is odd, but ok I guess.
- Rear 3rd row seating is nice with the additional seat. Can't believe it took this long to get this as standard.
- Engine and trans are real smooth. Same nice Hummer exhaust rumble as before.
- Driver information center was showing about 15 MPG with mixed city highway driving home.
- Driving on the highway is nice with the 3.73 gears. Don't recall exactly what the RPM's were at 60 MPH but it was running smoothly and the RPM's weren't up there.
It's loaded with the exception of the rear air suspension which I didn't want or need. They sold it to me at $500 under invoice and threw in the factory chrome tubular running boards and the factory roof racks.
It looks awesome without the running boards, but the wife said running boards are a must. Didn't realize how high these were until you go to get in or out without the running boards.
I'll post pictures of it this weekend when I get a moment.
Thinking of getting HID's. Anyone have any good suggestions or recommendations on these?
Thanks.
