Advanture Accessories. I always thought they had high shipping rate. I know I have shipped my Chrome ones to N.Y. and it was about $40.00 to ship + packaging.

I shipped my chrome one after selling it on eBay and it was right at $100 to ship FedEx slowboat. And FedEx was the cheap carrier out of the ones I checked. Problem is the size of the box.
