i have an 03 h2 with 82000. it is very bumpy on the freeway and i understand i have 26" wheels with 40 series tires but are lighter than the stock wheels and tires. i dont think the shock have ever been replaced and we took them off and acording tomy brother they are fine. also my stearing wheels fights back alot due to the oversized tire but i heard you can buy a stablizer shock soo i will try that. and my a/c makes an anoyying noise while iddleing its like a whispering noise and the compressor keeps turning on and off every few seconds or so. and my front end makes hard clicking and poping when turnng at low speeds and a howling noise at parking lot speeds when bearly turning the stearing wheel left. what should be checked at the 80000 mile mark. thanks

With 26 inch rims and 40 inch tires, You must have that thing Lifted?

It sounds like everything up front is worn out
Your best bet is to bring that thing down and rid yourself of the tires and rims, That **** all looks nice and fun, but not practical for driving.

No matter what you get fixed, its only buying you time, everything will wear out again just like before.

This is why GM spent money on engineers to determine all of this stuff.
(Not that they are always right)

Break out your wallet

Good Luck

na i have 26" wheels with 40 series tires there almost 36 inches in diameter. i dont see how all those things can be damaged soo quick the tire is only 1 inch bigger than original size and they are lighter. iv had the wheels for about 6000 miles

Pitman/Idler arms were probably worn out at about 30K, so you are longer overdo.
