But... Keep in mind tha the H-3 is on a GM Chassis and built here in the USA by Americans. No Link to MoPar ..just in the history lesson in the link.

.... then GM sued Aventi saying that the Studebaker Xtreme Utility Vehicle was a knock off of the H2. The H2 was a knock off of the HUMVEE which was a knock off of the Lamborghini LM001 which had an AMC motor. The LM001s prototype AKA the Cheetah had a Chrysler motor.

I don't think Lamborghini ever sued anyone over it. I guess it's that whole imitation is the highest form of flatory... and obviously Lamborghini wasn't intimidated..... they're all good looking vehicles.
