Does anyone know of any auto transporters that will be willing to ship my H2 from San Diego to Connecticut. I previously had it shipped to Cali from Jersey for $1100 but now Im having a trouble finding anyone to ship it back!!! Anyone out there who knows a good and reliable transporter. Thanks!

I've shipped numerous vehicles with Horseless Carriage Carriers (http://www.horselesscarriage.com/).

Actually, you can hire someone to drive it for you. There are companies that do that. It might be cheaper but you'll pack on the miles.

Yeah I had a company drive back a truck for me. The cost was $500 versus $950 for transport.

For $1100 that sounds like a good deal to have it shipped as opposed to driving it. Just having to pay for 2000 miles of gas at 12mpg. That is 166 gallons of gas at $2.90/Gallon

You are paying $481 in gas if its $2.90 Gallon. Then pay the person to drive it.

Just drive it yourself or ship it.

I found them recommended by a ton of people in a moving forum, shopped around and they were by far was the cheapeast. Cost my dad $775 even to ship his new Ford Escape coast to coast from Los Angeles to NH. We picked it up at their car garage storage in Massachusetts (20 minutes away) to save a few dollars instead of doing door-to-door...

The prices change for different days of the month so ask the person what is best time/rate...

Might want to check forward air. They will ship anything! Keep in mind the price you get quoted is about doubled, unless you have an account with them. Opening an account with them is simple.

Example,i shiped a 1000 pound crate (4'x4'x8') from Denver to NY and it cost me $385 (on account).
