I have just been offered a hard to refuse price for my 06 limited edition that i have converted to right hand drive here in australia. So i have been thinking of getting a 08 H2, but before i make the commitment i should find out how symetrical the dash is.
I can see from the pics that i will have to make a new passenger grab handle, does anyone have an 08 or know what other items are non symetrical in the dash? I like the rear fliping centre console lid (it was a pain flipping the side opeing of the 06. also is the ABS unit in the engine bay now or still under the left rear seat area? as we have to make one piece lines from the booster to the abs unit and this ends up with 13' lines with a million(well almost ) bends in it.
the other item is the heater box, does anyone know if this is the same as the outgoing model? if you pop down the glove n=box you can usually tell.
I dont suspect too many people have pulled on apart yet but any input would help.
finally , i've been told the brown leather is a bit redish and i shold avoid, but i've had 3 now with ebony and was looking at a change.
