Tried to start my 03 H2 today and it was dead. No power at all to anything, I couldn't get the key out of the ignition. Couldn't move it out of park, no brake resistance. I charged the battery then the alarm started and started getting power. Now the driver seat doesn't work but does on the passenger side, but the heat controls on the driver and passenger doors don't work but does in the rear. Any one have any advice and exactly what names of the fuses to check as some are a bit confusing. Called the dealer and on a Friday good luck. Thanks so much.

sounds like a crumbling ignition switch. dealer item for the most part as a known issue.

I found a site that lists all the GM service bulletins for 2003 H2's.

There is a bullentin listed that mentions the exact problems you are having. Something about reprogramming a module in the driver's door, if I remember correctly. Sounds like this is a common problem, am surprised it hasn't happened to my H2, though who knows? Perhaps this is why it is in the shop again right now.
