:raar: Well, I hoped I would never have to post this.
I purchased a set of Mudder seat covers for my 05 H2. They barley fit on the seats and after 1 use ripped at the seams. Tyler at Teaka Toys, told me to return them, after I sent him pics of the ripped seams.
It has been 1.5 years, I have contacted Tyler many times. He promised to replace them (but said GM, had refused to give him credit because they were used). He never returned them to me either.
Well 18 months later I still have no seat covers and am out $400.
Hope Tyler reads this and has a answer. He no longer answers my emails.

I think you've gone beyond patience waiting a year and a half drmiles. I'm sure we can make a difference.;)
This deserves a sticky and will only be removed until Teaka resolves this matter(With compensation :shhh:).

You dope. Why didn't you throw this bit of intel to the Elcova army sooner? And why didn't you dispute it with your credit card company?
I think Tyler would really love to hear from each and every Elcovan a few times a day until Teaka Toys makes good on the return.

What they did is not right...
but
18 months, come-on SHAME ON YOU...maybe 90 days I could see...but as long as you took is kinda out of line...
ASSUMING you saved all e-mails etc contact the BBB in their state, the national BBB, the AT in their state, GM/HUMMER, the Credit Card Company (you did use a card I hope) CC all concerned including them (TEAKA upper management) and this forum.

Better yet, take 2 pieces of blacked out paper and tape them together to form a circle in the fax machine and let it roll....it will circle jerk send until you disable your fax machine! They will be out of ink/paper/memory within minutes...:jump:

Drty, post his fax # and the customers name (or pm me) and I will fax them repeatedly for years until he gets his money back or I at least waste 500$ worth of fax paper..... :giggling:

Doesn't it rub you the wrong way, seeing this thread everyday. Teaka = ripoff! You think they'd pull their head out, or someone would lose their job by now. I mean hell, I'm not out the cabbage, but someone is and that bull$hit. Teaka should pull their head out.

You guys are scary. I have given up on ever getting my money or seat covers. Tyler was always nice and apologetic. I believed that he would make it right. Sometimes I am to trusting and willing to give people the benifit of the doubt.
Just wanted everyone to know so they would not get caught in the same situation.

"BARELY FIT" is correct. Thanks for catching my mistake.
The covers were probably for the 03 and 04 models. In 05 they improved the interior and added more padding.

Well, man that was quick. I never thought Tyler was deliberatley trying to ripp me. My problem just wasn't important enough. I had grown tired of waiting on the seat covers I was promised and had no where else to turn.
