You are right. It was b/c of your recommendation that I took it there anyway. So a big thank you!!! We are also looking at buying a caddy from them as well. They absolutely treated us like freaking royalty!

Not sure if they did or not. BossHoss referred me to them when I was having quite a bit of trouble out of the dealership in Mobile, AL (these are the only 2 that are close to FWB, FL. Anyway, he was right on the money. They treated me like a king, speedy turn-around, and even cleaned the truck. Put me in Caddy rental at no cost and even did a follow-up a month later. Hats off to these guys, they really know customer service!!!!:perfect10s:

Wow, I hate to hear that. I can only hope that they provide the same customer support that Proctor did. Guess we'll see.......Jamie

Now University Caddy owns them. However they are just as nice and very helpful.:beerchug:
