Well just got my H2 back after only one day in the shop. I took it back to Hummer of Turnersville in Turnersville, NJ where I bought the truck. Anyway I went in with several complaints.
1. Leather seats cracking on drivers and passenger side front. Dealer response. Both were replaced without questions.
2. Passenger side mirror did not fold in a couple times since I owned the truck for 2 years. Dealer response, they understand the issue and both mirrors updated to the 06 versions. No other questions asked.
3. Sometimes I heard a slight little bump in the front end, upon turning and driving up a curb. Dealer response, bushings were placed on the front
crossmember.
I also had a minor steering issue that usually occurs to me in only hot weather. It is sometimes hard to turn at idle, in gear, with foot on brake, and after a long drive. Unfortunatley the weather was against me and it was cool out so they could not duplicate the problem, which I understand.
So the reason for this post is simple. If the dealership had done nothing for me, I would have blasted them here. Since I am 150% satisfied with the services I want others to know I am happy. I will definately purchase my next H2, maybe an 09 from them without hesitation.
