Prices seem about right for the tires. FYI you have selected two completely different tires. If you are looking at Nitto Terra Grapplers you might as well go buy a street tire. The Kumho on the other hand has a somewhat aggressive pattern and will be noisey in comparison. Noisey is relative and i would prefer a little noise to keep a street tire off my rig. That being said, i have a set of essentially new 37x13.50-20's i may sell yfor $1,000.
Previous to running the Kumhos i ran the Procomp xtreme all terrain and i found it to be a very happy medium. There is no doubt it is an offroad style tire in the looks department(it is the only direction at tire, which is normally a m/t attribute). The ride was nice and smooth once we got them balanced out and they are quiet...and economical too.
Heres a set of procomps on ebay for less than 1k out the door:

FWIW, anyone looking for a great all around tire, I'd say these are better than any other AT tire I have owned. 4 wheel Parts has by 3 get 1 free on all procomp tires through month's end also.

Ripp,
North Orange County may not be too far for a great deal. Old man Tucker and his son will beat anyone's price. He is known to all of the local off-roaders.

Those are all excellent prices. Especially if your initial post was for 5 tires with or without shipping. I've always ran Terra Grapplers and have loved them. The best treadwear as far as AT's go.
