always happy to help you all if i can but would be nice if when posting mention the model year of your Hummer. Makes it easier to look up bulletins, procedures and many other things. Thanks, and look forward to many more challenges from y'all.

last 8 is good for checking service history, vehicle build and recalls that are open. Complete vin is good for checking calibration updates that may apply to your truck. Many issures can simply be solved with a calibration update.

Thanks, i like to help when i can. If i dont responde to a thread it will likely be due to i dont have accurate enough information on the nature of the problem (and dont want to steer anybody in the wrong direction) or i am out of town (maybe wheelin in my Jeep) yup I said it, cant afford a Hummer but was foolish enough to waste all my money on a Jeep. Heres a new acronym*sp* for ya JEEP= Just Enough Ebay Parts. I can make fun of them cause mine is faster than the rest and i built mine.
