I am not really happy with the FM Modulated sound on the Hummer H2 when we play it through the radio. It is not clear and is hard to tune in on any of the FM modulated channels.

Is there a way to convert the wiring to RCA inputs. I have installed a IPOD unit that has an extra RED and WHITE RCA aux. input that I could use. That
would be awesome if I could do that somehow.

Thanks,

Jeff

What device is it that you want to play through the stereo?

I want to play the factory DVD's that are in the head rest. Right now from the factory you can either listen to the DVD's through the wireless headphones or through the factory radio with FM modulation. The FM modulation stinks because it is soooo staticky.

Since I have the RCA audio inputs, I was thinking there must be a way to connect the sound through those. That way the DVD audio can be played through and sound perfecty clear.

Thanks,

Jeff

i would think if you pulled the dvd player out their should be rca outs on the back then you could just run those into your line in on your ipod connector aux input.

The system is from the factory. The DVD's are in the headrests. There are only 2 cords that run out of them run down the poles in the head rest through the seat into the center console. I pulled the center console storage compartment tray out and can see the 2 cables. They hook together and look like a "S-video" connection. They are yellow and red. THat is the only 2 cables that there is. What can I do with this?
