Are those manual locking hubs on the center of the wheels
Not 100% sure but are not all Hummer H2 all time 4 wheel?

I think it's just the small res of the pic and it saying "American Racing".

looks like a different center cap...to be expected, they are from another planet....doub they had american racing wheels available...
